RETURNS

RETURNS You may return new, unopened products, for any reason within 30 days of delivery of the product for a refund. Shipping is not refundable.

Melges Sailing Supply does not provide free return shipping. You may return your order for a refund using any return shipping method most convenient to you. We ask that customers hold on to their return tracking number until the return is confirmed to be successfully delivered to Melges. Products being returned must be accompanied with all parts, accessories, and documentation as originally shipped. Products that are incomplete or previously used cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  • Open the contact form.
  • Indicate the order you wish to return.
  • Send us a message request return.
  • Once your return is approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions.
  • After we receive the returned item, the price of the product will be refunded.

EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT

If you received a defective product (including damaged in transit) you may request a replacement for that product within its warranty period. Email sales@melges.com to initiate the request.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
